With our multimedia offers, the audioguide is expanded by an image or video function. The user interface can be operated intuitively and is equipped with standard functions such as play forward and play back, pause, volume control and numeric keypad. Supporting photo, graphic and video content brings old buildings and museum objects to life. And even if there is no foreign-language tour taking place at the moment, you can offer foreign visitors a high-quality tour with a multimedia guide.

Museum SmartGuide

The audio commentaries are triggered by the guests on their own smartphones during the tour. This solution is easy to use, just let your visitors walk around and discover the museum at their own pace.

Technical Components:

Server Device: Computer with all the data. It can be stored in the Server Room of the Museum and has to be connected to the Access points.

Access Point: Small Access Points which are installed in the museum rooms.

Guests’ Smartphones: The guest can easily connect to the WiFi of the audioguide’s access points. e.g. mymuseum.live. After that he can use the audioguide via the browser.

Geolocated audio commentaries are automatically triggered on guests’ smartphones during the tour. This solution is easy-to-use, just get the tour started and let your passenger enjoy the ride!

Technical Components:

CaptainDevice: Computer with GPS and all the data. Touchscreen for the tour selection
Access Point: Strong Access Point in order to stream all the audio tours to the guests’ smartphones
Guests’ Smartphones: The guest can easily connect to the WiFi of the audioguide e.g. mytour.live. After that he can use the audioguide via the browser.
Power supply in the vessel/ bus: The computer runs with a 5.1 V, 3.0 A power supply unit and the Access Point needs a 48 V power supply. A battery system can be offered, if these conditions are not guaranteed.
